1. We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, and will keep customers fully updated with their purchase.

Order acceptance
1. Your transaction can not be completed until your credit/debit card has been accepted for full payment of goods.
2. Bronty Golf reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order or to request further additional information regards payment of goods.
3. your acceptance of payments will be confirmed via the e-mail address that has been submitted to us.
Delivery details
1. We endeavour to deliver all goods within the lead times stated on all goods bought. Where there is a possibility that goods will be delayed we will give prior notice via e-mail.
2. When there are public holidays or other national events please accept that your goods will be delayed.
3. Our carriers only deliver weekdays between 10am-4pm and if there is no response from the home address the parcel will not be left unless a signature can be obtained.
4. If you receive confirmation of a transaction and you do not receive the goods within the allotted time please either e-mail or telephone us immediately. We can then proceed to track the parcel for it's whereabouts and this must be done within 14 days.
Order cancellation
1. You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed no more than 7 days after confirmation of the transaction, this can be done via e-mail to brontygolf@blueyonder.co.uk
2. If you receive the goods in between cancellation, you must return the goods unused and in the same condition as they were sent before any refunds can be given.
3. Unwanted goods must be returned no more than 30 days from purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of the postage, please keep all documentation safe for any return.
Description of goods
1. We will endeavour to supply accurate product images and product information that will benefit customers to the best of our ability.
2. Please be aware that occasionally the images may not accurately display the exact colour, and may vary slightly.
3. All descriptions of goods are of the products that you receive when purchasing goods from Bronty Golf. We will not misinterpret or substitute any products sold on-line.

2. We endeavour to respond to complaints within 5 days and resolve them in writing within a further 7 days.

Damaged goods
You may return unused goods that have been damaged in transit within 10 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for golf equipment that shows evidence of being used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded when we have sent the wrong goods in error.
Faulty goods
All goods come with a 12 month guarantee backed by the manufacturer. If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use our policy is as follows:
For purchases less than 12 months old - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item and at our discretion, we will either repair, replace or return the item to you (If, in our opinion, there is no manufacturing fault the item will be returned to sender). If the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs incurred when the item was returned.
Sending back a product
Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order number or date. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcelforce) for larger items and Royal Mail Special Delivery (recorded) for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the returned goods.
